4.2 Import Duties and Taxes

All duties, taxes, customs fees, levies, or other governmental charges relating to the importation of products to your delivery address are your responsibility and are not included in the price of the products. Our goods are shipped internationally. You (the buyer) are the "importer of record" and are responsible for the correct payment of customs duties and/or import tax and must comply fully with all laws and regulations of the importing country.

4.5 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order until payment is received.


4.6 Pricing Errors

If we find that a pricing error has occurred, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response, the order will be treated as cancelled and you will receive a full refund. We are not obliged to fulfil an order if the price quoted on the website is incorrect, even after you have received an order confirmation.



Section 5 — Placing an Order

5.1 Order Process

Once you have placed an order, all orders are subject to stock availability. If we have sufficient stock to fulfil your order, you will receive an order confirmation which will be deemed to be our confirmation of receipt of your order.


5.2 Contract Formation

A contract is only concluded if we have issued you with an order confirmation and only in respect of the product(s) listed in the order confirmation. These Terms form an integral part of the contract.


5.3 Multiple Products

If your order consists of more than one product, the products may be delivered to you in separate deliveries at separate times.


5.4 Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or reject any order placed by you at any time, even after sending an order confirmation. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for the cancellation or rejection of an order.


5.5 Order Cancellation by Us

If we cancel your order after we have received payment, even after we have sent an order confirmation, the payment for the order will be refunded to you in full.



Section 6 — Delivery

6.1 Delivery Terms

  • We will endeavour to deliver your order to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering

  • Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (United States & Canada) and 7–12 business days (United Kingdom)

  • Estimated delivery times for Express Shipping: 4–9 business days (United States & Canada) and 4–8 business days (United Kingdom)

  • We may notify you if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date


6.2 Risk Transfer

All risk in the product passes to you on delivery to the delivery address, unless delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under these Terms.


6.3 Failed Delivery

If you are unable to accept delivery or collection of your order, we may leave a card giving you instructions for redelivery or collection by the carrier. If delivery is delayed by your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, we may charge you for any fees and costs we incur.


6.4 Customs Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events beyond our control.



Section 7 — Order Modifications & Cancellations

7.1 Customer Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team at support@ginlerie.com or +44 2037696963 (SMS only — no voice calls). Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed; instead, the order must be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


7.2 Automated Processing

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are triggered immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery.



Section 8 — Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

8.1 Reporting

If the product you receive is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us at support@ginlerie.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage


8.2 Resolution

Our obligation to you in respect of defective products is either, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the product at no cost to you, or

  • Refund the purchase price in full


8.3 No Return Required

You do not need to return faulty, damaged, or incorrect items to us. You may keep, donate, or dispose of the item responsibly. We only require photographic evidence to process your claim.



Section 9 — Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms, on the basis of which you may access and use our site.

9.1 Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Returns must meet our eligibility conditions and be registered with us before shipping.


9.2 Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. For faulty or incorrect items, no return is required.


9.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method after we receive and approve the returned item.


9.4 Keep & Exchange Program

We offer a convenient Keep & Exchange Program for size and colour exchanges, where you keep your original item and receive a replacement without the hassle of international returns. Exchange shipping fees are as follows: $25.00 USD (United States), £20.00 GBP (United Kingdom), and $35.00 CAD (Canada).

Section 10 — Vouchers and Promotional Codes

10.1 Usage

You can use our promotional vouchers or discounts when making payment for products on the website.


10.2 Limitations

  • You may only redeem one promotional voucher or discount per order

  • Vouchers have no cash value and do not bear interest

  • If a promotional voucher is insufficient for your order, you may pay the difference using a separate payment method


10.3 Returns

If you use a promotional voucher for an order that has been returned, the value of the promotional voucher will not be refunded.

UK Consumer Rights Act 2015: Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If these requirements are not met, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
