You have 30 days from delivery to return for a full refund. Return shipping is your responsibility for change-of-mind returns. However, our $25 Keep & Exchange program is faster and cheaper than international returns - you keep the original and get the replacement shipped directly.

Contact us within 7 days at support@ginlerie.com with photos. You do NOT need to return the item - keep, donate, or dispose of it. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. Resolution typically within 24-48 hours.
